When playing a recorded session through Safeguard, the Desktop Player shows the error:"Unable to verify SSL certificate. To resolve this issue, import the appropriate certificates including the root CA"

原因
The Desktop Player is connecting via IP address, and shows the error when the Common Name on the Safeguard SSL certificate doesn't match the IP address. -
対策
When playing back session files, the Safeguard Desktop Player connects to Safeguard using the IP addresses of the cluster members. Ensure the HTTPS SSL certificate installed on Safeguard, includes Subject Alternative Names that includes each IP address of the cluster members.
Also ensure that Safeguard Desktop Player 1.8.6 is being used, as earlier versions did not validate the Subject Alternative Names. -
