TPAM backups report an occasional error "The backup of the TPAM system Failed" -
説明
There are sometimes errors seen in the Backup Log reporting that "The backup of the TPAM system failed". This may also report an error sending the backup file to the archive server. -
原因
This may be seen if a PSM Session log is modified during the backup; for example a long running session is ended. -
対策
WORKAROUND: Apply Hotfix_7134 or upgrade to 2.5.914 which includes this hotfix.

Applies to 2.5.912 - 2.5.913
Allow backup to continue when a PSM session log is modified during the backup. All TPAM services will be stopped and restarted when applying this hotfix.STATUS: Besides the available Hotfix, this has been included in TPAM 2.5.914. From the 2.5.914 Release Notes:
Allow backup to continue when a PSM session log is modified during the backup. Previouslyit was causing backups to fail. BFER 7134 -
