Can a Safeguard Access Request Policy block file transfers in only one direction (such as allow uploads but block downloads)? (4303340)

The settings for SSH and RDP sessions do not allow for determining which direction the file transfer is going.  For RDP, the option "Allow Clipboard" (which encompasses file transfers as well) can be enabled or disabled. There is no option to differentiate between file uploads or downloads within the Access Request Policy.

For SSH the options are similar; SFTP can be allowed or not allowed; SCP can be allowed or not allowed.
