PerPhone Schema Class filtering not working for Success Factors connector -
説明
PerPhone returned record quantity from Starling is different from the expected record count from SuccessFactors (e.g. returning approx 6000 records while expected is 10,000)
In addition when trying to filter records with specific "PhoneTypes" the return records is more than expected.

原因
PerPhones uses the composite key (personIdExternal+phoneTypes) for the identification while the implementation using personIdExternal as the unique key only.Thus, fewer records get synced into the One Identity Manager table than the actual number of records. -
対策
Enhancement request number 255613 has been created by the product team and successfully deployed to Starling Connect. -
