Delegated Administration Wizard is not updating Management Portal permissions -
説明
After using the Defender Delegated Administration Wizard to grant a group the 'Basic Helpdesk', 'Provisioning' and 'Enhanced Helpdesk' roles.
The changes are not being seen in the Defender Management Portal when a member of this group logs in. -
原因
The Defender management Portal delegation is by Roles assigned in the portal itself, not by the permissions granted using the Delegation Wizard. -
対策
- Log in to the Management Portal as an administrator.
- Select "Administer Defender", then select "System Configuration"
- Click the "Roles" tab
- For the relevant role(s), assign the required group(s)
