説明
When running the "Connect-QADService -Service <Server FQDN> -Proxy" cmdlet, an "Access is denied" message error is thrown, even if the account being used has permissions and the necessary ports are properly opened between the Active Roles Admin server and the client machine running the Management Shell.

原因
Active Roles ADSI Provider component not installed on the client machine running Management Shell. -
対策
The ADSI provider must be installed along with the Management Shell. The ADSI Provider can be installed in the ‘Components’ folder in the installation media.
