Password Manager reads all certificates stored in the Personal certificate store on the machine it is installed on.

The following error can be seen when attempting to access the PMAdmin website as follows:

The creator of this fault did not specify a Reason.
 

The following Feature Enhancement ID#: 426249, has been submitted to change this functionality within Password Manager to only check the required certificate and not all certificates found in the Personal Certificate Store of the local server.

WORKAROUND:

Review all certificates found on the local server under the Personal Certificate Store for any expired unrelated certificates that will cause the error to be displayed when viewing the PMAdmin website.

Feature Enhancement ID#: 426249, has been submitted to resolve this issue in a future release of Password Manager. Please contact your Sales Account Manager for any status updates, or to inquire when this will be resolved in Password Manager.
