When opening the Exchange Online Mailbox properties for a user in the Active Roles Web Interface the following error message is displayed.

原因
Certain versions of Active Roles support Exchange Online PowerShell v2 module and other versions of Active Role’s support v3 Exchange Online. (v7.5.5 and newer versions) Microsoft are deprecating Remote PowerShell (RPS) in Exchange Online, urging a shift to REST cmdlets via the Exchange Online PowerShell v3 module for enhanced security.

対策
Exchange Online PowerShell v2 modules may not work in your environment due to changes implemented by Microsoft. If you receive an error message when running the ‘Connect-ExchangeOnline’ cmdlet via PowerShell, please reach out to Microsoft (to extend support for v2) or upgrade to a newer version of ARS that supports v3.
