Reviewer sees error "Internal error: CheckedOutTime is uninitialized while calculating actual duration" in thick client
説明

When using an Session Access Request Policy, and ticking "Include password release with session requests". If the password was revealed to requester but no actual sessions request started then the required review is not shown to reviewer. If the reviewer refreshes the page the error error "Internal error: CheckedOutTime is uninitialized while calculating actual duration" is shown
対策

WORKAROUND

Use the webclient instead of the thick client

STATUS

Issue fixed in version 6.9
