Incorrect credentials or the default username ADMIN was not entered in all uppercase letters.
RESOLTION:
- Verify that the correct credentials have been entered.
- If using the default account for the BMC interface as ADMIN, please enter it with all uppercase letters.
- If the problem persists, reset the password through the Safeguard Desktop Client or Safeguard API and try to access the BMC web interface again. Information on how to reset the BMC password can be found in the One Identity Safeguard Administration Guide.
