After make a request to the two accounts and wait for a short while before checking in and after that, the "pending password reset" will appear
Issue reproduction as below.
“Account A” is checked in successfully while “Account B” is pending password reset
Both accounts ended up with password change successful and no further open requests
Both accounts then shows “Password Pending Reset” although “Password Change Successful”
The settings on the entitlement is "simultaneous access" enabled and on the workflow the "emergency access" is also enabled. But if this settings is disabled the issue becomes intermittent.
