Unable to enable File Requests under Appliance Management | Appliance | Global Services

WORKAROUND

Enable File Requests via the Safeguard Swagger API. 

• Go to the swagger web interface (https://ip_of_safeguard/service/appliance/swagger/), click "Authorize" and click "Authorize" again under oauth2 (OAuth2, implicit), input username and password to authorize the session, click "Close" back to the swagger API page
• Go to GET /v4/ServiceConfig, click Try it out and Execute. Review the current settings in the response body and copy the response body.
• Go to PUT /v4/ServiceConfig, click Try it out, and Execute. Paste the copied settings to the request body or modify the prefilled settings, set "FileRequestsEnabled": true, and click Execute to update the settings.
• Verify that File Requests has been enabled by navigating from the SPP web interface to Appliance Management | Appliance | Global Services
