The following procedure can be used
On step 1:
For syslog it would be /initrd/mnt/boot/defaults/ssb.options.orig.
For SPS it would be /initrd/mnt/boot/defaults/scb.options.orig
What happens with the old "secondary" node after the revert?
Basically the DRBD device will be outdated after the split on the secondary node, so it may not boot up as "Standalone" by on its own.
Even if the core firmware starts:
- You will have IP conflicts if you do not separate it on network level from the other node
- The data sets on the split nodes became 'forked/inconsistent' very soon.
If the data on that node is not required, a clean reinstall would be recommended.
