General settings Email Template does not get applied

Workflow Notification activities for instance "Email user if workflow succeeeds" looks for the configuration in "Email user if Workflow succeeds/fails" and not in General settings despite having checked the "Use from general settings section" box.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.- Access de PMadmin -> Home -> "Manage My Profile" Workflow
2.- Click on the "Email user if workflow succeeeds" activity
3.- Select "Use from general settings section" checkbox

4.- Save
5.- Go to PMAdmin -> General Settings -> Email Template
6.- Expand "Manage My Profile"
7.- Customize the body under the "Email user if workflow succeeds" section.
8.- Save
9.- Run the PMSelfService site
10.- Click on "Manage My Profile" Workflow
11.- Change something, for instance one answer and Save
12.- Check the email received to verify that it is not the customized body from General Settings

 

Status
The Password Manager product team has raised Defect #290414. This issue is expected to be fixed in a future version of Password Manager.
