A potential security vulnerability has been discovered in Safeguard for Privileged Passwords. 

How does this affect me?

Under specific circumstances, someone with network access to the system may be able to disrupt the database introducing product instability.

Sensitive data such as passwords are not vulnerable in this scenario.

Resolution 

A new version of Safeguard for Privileged Passwords is available which resolves this issue. Customers should upgrade as soon as possible to this newly released version. 

Status

Newly released versions 6.0.14, 6.7.4, 7.1.1, 7.0.2 and 7.2 of Safeguard for Privileged Passwords contain a resolution to the above and are now available for download. Please visit the Safeguard for Privileged Passwords support portal and navigate to the downloads section and select the appropriate version for your environment.

Vulnerable versions have been removed from download where possible.
