One Identity is aware that the Defender Soft Token for Android devices is not currently available in the Google Play store. This will only affect users trying to install a new version of Defender Soft Token on an Android device, or other device compatible with Google Play store.
 
Defender Soft Token apps currently installed are expected to work normally.  
 
We want to assure our customers that we are working with the Google team on this issue to restore availability as soon as possible. At this time, we do not have an ETA. 
 
Defender Administrators can program an alternate soft token type for critical scenarios if required and can refer to KB 4345558 for additional guidance.
