ARCHIVE/BACKUP When it comes to backing up the data, One Identity performs daily snapshots of each instance at the most convenient time, and stores the last 5 days snapshots.
DISASTER RECOVERY If a disaster recovery event should be triggered, One Identity's response time is in line with ITIL standards and our Product Team's aim is to have the systems fully recovered and restored in a maximum of 24hr.
