Unable to replay Privilege Manager for Sudo iolog in Management Console for UnixThe following error appears when trying to replay an iolog in Management Console for Unix:------------------------------------------------------------------Unable to load keystroke log from policy server.The log may not exist.------------------------------------------------------------------
However the log file mentioned in the message does exist on the policy server and can be replayed using the pmreplay command directly on the policy server.
When running a pmreplay -zz command aginst the same file a Segfault is produced:# /opt/quest/sbin/pmreplay -zz <location of iolog file> -

Product defect
249558 - pmreplay -zz segfaults when replaying certain iolog files.

STATUS:
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Privilege Manager for Sudo
WORKAROUND:
Use the pmreplay command on the Policy server to replay the iolog file:
# /opt/quest/sbin/pmreplay -

It is still possible that some keystroke logs cannot be replayed by Management Console for Unix if the pmmasterd process that is supporting the Sudo session is unexpectedly terminated. For instance, if the policy server crashes or the pmmasterd process is intentionally killed by an administrator, this may result in a keystroke log that is not playable via the MCU. In these instances, the customer would need to resort to the command line tools to replay the keystroke log.
