SRA seems to blacklist former deleted FQDNs -
説明
Running RDP session via Safeguard remote access and a SPS cluster from the Internet. After deleting assets in SRA-GUI it seems like it cannot enter them again, even though, if adding the asset in the RDP-Connection Policy in SPS. -
原因
Policy issue from the RDP. -
対策
1) Create a new RDP connection policy under SPS;
2) Copy the settings of the existing RDP connection policy with in-band destination selection to the freshly created connection policy, adding now missing assets (FQDNs);
3) Commit this new connection policy on the SPS side;
4) Refresh SRA's Connections page -
追加情報
If you encounter any issues with the original policy, then you may want to migrate them all to a single one. *Important* - Deleting the missing assets from Starling SRA before as the wrong account used. Will result in SRA blacklisting them for reactivating them again.
