Changes in Public IP addresses used by Starling Connect to Salesforce -

For Starling Connect customers using the Salesforce Connector, changes are being made to the IP address requirements to prevent potential service interruptions.
How does this affect me?
Customers who currently have IP addresses in their Salesforce allowlist to interface with the Salesforce Starling Connect connector are at risk of a service interruption and should allowlist the new IP addresses below by June 26th, 2024. Previous IP addresses will cease to work at that time.
Customers using dynamic IP addresses, meaning they do not have specific IP addresses configured in their Salesforce allowlist to interface with the Salesforce Starling Connect connector are not impacted and do not need to take any action. -
対策
Please add the following IP addresses in your allowlists for the Starling Connect Salesforce Connector in Salesforce:- For North America customers, please allowlist both 13.91.196.96 and 40.88.252.103.
- For customers in Europe, please allowlist both 20.82.221.63 and 51.105.212.253.
- For all other regions, please choose one of the above sets of IP addresses.
