  • NoAccess: All traffic to the site collection is blocked. Traffic to sites that have this lock state is redirected to the URL set in the NoAccessRedirectUrl attribute of the SPOTenant object. If no URL is set in that attribute, a 404 error is returned.

  • Unlock: All traffic to the site collection is allowed.
