Error: "A Windows System Error occurred. EventID:7031" (4242752)

We see the followings in the Alerts.log

A Windows System Error occurred. EventID:7031 Source:Service Control Manager Description:Quest System Manager?1?60000?1?Restart the service?

A Windows Application Error occurred. EventID:1023 Source:.NET Runtime Description:Application: Quest.Service.SystemManager.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an internal error in the .NET Runtime at IP 000007FEFA251E1C (000007FEFA0D0000) with exit code 80131506. ?

At the same time, Service.SystemManager.log would reports TPAM restarting the System Manager service successfully

The operating system detected the system manager failure and recovered the service by restarting it when the service failed. No user action is required. To confirm the the health of the cluster, monitor the cluster log from /admin to confirm the all nodes are in Operational Mode, not Single User mode.
