説明
When trying to launch a PSM session, Internet Explorer provides the message “Java was blocked because it is out of date and needs to be updated”.
When clicking on "Run this time", the session fails to connect and may display the message “A recording session for this request is currently in progress”.
If, nothing is clicked you may see the error "Waiting for okToConnect to be defined", followed by "TypeError: Object doesn't support property or method 'okToConnect'. -
原因
Internet Explore blocks out of date ActiveX / Java. -
対策
RESOLUTION 1Upgrade to TPAM 2.5.916 or later. In TPAM version 2.5.916 and later clicking the Connect button on the Request screen prompts the browser to download the JNLP file, which is then launched using Java Web Start (javaws.exe), which mitigates browser issues.
