Error: [22] [] "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server]ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server does not support connections to SQL Server 2000 or earlier versions." -
原因
SQL Server 2000 is no longer supported by Microsoft (Extended Support end date for SQL Server 2000 SP4 was 09/04/2013). Needed to upgrade the ODBC drivers for TLS 1.2 support, but the newer drivers does not support anything older than SQL Server 2005. -
対策
WORKAROUND:
Option 1) Customer can use DPA. A DPA should work, as long as their functional account is a local database account. This has been tested on 2.5.922 and a DPAv4. The test system, check password, and change password were all successful.
Option 2) Custom platform using a jump box. Code up a jump box that would talk to the SQL Server instances. -
