Resolution
There is no specific attribute that has a 'deprovisioned' date.
By default, the Deprovisioning Policy will update the description of the account with the date it was Deprovisioned. Additionally, it is possible to review the edsvaDeprovisionCommands attribute, which is 2 when the account has been deprovisioned combined with the modifyTimeStamp attribute to help determine when the account was deprovisioned.
