Customer Support Affiliates
The following Affiliates provide Customer Support services. Our support staff is located around the world. When you contact Quest technical support, you may receive support from one or more of these affiliates if all technical support engineers in your country or region are already assisting other customers, and/or if you placed afterhours call (assuming you have an active 24x7 maintenance contract), and/or if an issue must follow the sun until it is resolved.
