Displaying my identities' system roles
You can display system roles that are assigned identities for which you are responsible.
To display an identity's system roles

In the menu bar, click Responsibilities > My Responsibilities.

In the navigation, click Identities.

On the Identities page, click the identity whose system roles you want to display.

In the Edit Identity side panel, click the Memberships tab.

On the Memberships tab, select System roles from the drop-down.
Displaying my identities organizational charts
You can display the organizational charts of identities for which you are responsible.
To display an identity's organizational chart

In the menu bar, click Responsibilities > My Responsibilities.

In the navigation, click Identities.

On the Identities page, click the identity whose organizational charts you want to display.

In the Edit Identity side panel, click the Overview tab.

On the Overview tab click the Organizational Chart tab.
My identities' history
The Web Portal allows you to display historical data of identities for which you are responsible.
To do this, you have the following options:

Events |
Shows all events relating to the identity, either on a timeline or in a table (see Displaying my identities' history). |
Status overview |
This shows you an overview of all assignments. It also shows you how long each change was valid for. Use the status overview to track when changes were made and by whom. This way, you not only see the initial and current status but you also see all the steps in between (see Displaying the status overview of my identities). |
Status comparison |
You can select a date and display all the changes made from then until now. This also shows you what the value of the property was at the selected point in time and what the value is now (see Comparing statuses of my identities). |
Displaying my identities' history
To track changes, you can display the history of identities for which you are responsible either on a timeline or in a table.
To display the history

In the menu bar, click Responsibilities > My Responsibilities.

In the navigation, click Identities.

On the Identities page, click the identity whose history you want to display.

In the Edit Identity side panel, click the Overview tab.

On the Overview tab click the History tab.
This displays the timeline on the History tab.

(Optional) To limit the events displayed on the timeline, use the From and To fields to specify a time period for displaying the history.
TIP: To select a date from the calendar, click (calendar).
NOTE: If the From field is empty, the time at which the identity was created is used. If the To field is empty, the current time is used.

(Optional) To display the history in a table, click Show as table.

(Optional) To reload the history, click Refresh.
