You can assign identities to system entitlements for which you are responsible. You do this through requests.
To assign an identity to a system entitlement

In the menu bar, click Responsibilities > My Responsibilities.

On the My Responsibilities page, click System entitlements.

On the System Entitlements page, click the system entitlement you want to assign an identity to.

On the overview page, click Memberships.

On the Memberships - <system entitlement name> page, click Request memberships.

In the Request memberships dialog, in the list, click the identity you want to assign to the system entitlement.

Click Add to cart.

On the My Shopping Cart page, click Submit.
TIP: You can also add more products to your shopping cart and configure various settings. For more information, see Managing products in the shopping cart.
Once the request has been granted approval, the identity is assigned to the system entitlement.
