To obtain an overview of an external email address

  1. In the Manager, select the Google Workspace > External email addresses.

  2. Select the external email address in the result list.

  3. Select the Google Workspace external email address overview task.

To delete an external email address

  1. In the Manager, select the Google Workspace > External email addresses.

  2. Select the external email address in the result list.

  3. Click .

  4. Confirm the security prompt with Yes.

The external email address is permanently deleted from the One Identity Manager database and assignments to groups in Google Workspace are removed.

Reports about Google Workspace objects

One Identity Manager makes various reports available containing information about the selected base object and its relations to other One Identity Manager database objects. The following reports are available for Google Workspace environments.
