How to generate a Fiddler capture for the purpose of troubleshooting and diagnosing network communication issues.

To create a Fiddler capture, follow the instructions listed below:

1. Download FiddlerCap 
https://www.telerik.com/fiddler/fiddlercap
2. Close all instances of the Active Roles Client.
3. Run the FiddlerCapSetup.exe file.
4. FiddlerCap will start automatically when the installer completes.
5. Go to Options and click 'Decrypt HTTPS traffic' checkbox:

6. Click the Clear Cookies option and then the Clear Cache option:

9. Reproduce the issue.
10. Save all sessions as SAZ extension file:
