After properly configuring DUO in Password Manager via rSTS and confirming that it functions as expected in a PMSelfService Workflow, attempting to use the same configuration with the PMHelpDesk or PMAdmin sites fails with the ERROR: Username or password is incorrect.
After following the product's documentation and/or the KB 122903 to change the Password Manager’s service account password, you ae unable to launch the PMAdmin site due to the following error: “HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized You are not authorized to view this page due to invalid authentication headers.”
