Access Templates assigned to a Managed Unit do not propagate permissions to Active Directory

When the 'Propogate permissions to Active Directory' box is ticked in an Access Templates that is assigned to a Managed Unit it does not dynamically update the permissions to AD. 

Running the scheduled task ‘Sync of Permissions to Active Directory’ will not update the permissions in AD. (Configuration | Server Configuration | Scheduled Tasks | Builtin | Sync of Permissions to Active Directory)

This issue is caused by Product Defect #305470. 

Status:
The Active Roles product team has raised defect #305470. A fix for this issue will be evaluated for inclusion in a future release of Active Roles subject to QA.
Workaround:
Manually re-sync the AD permissions by navigating to the Access Template and clicking ‘Desync to AD’ and then ‘Sync to AD’.
