Permissions denied when assigning access template to Managed Unit -

There is a known issue when assigning access templates to a managed unit that causes some actions are denied, even though permissions exist on the target objects from the managed unit. -
解决办法
WORKAROUND
Make sure read permissions are applied to the organization units or containers from the root of the domain down to the target object that is listed in the managed unit.
Defect ID 782243 has been logged and will be fixed in a future release of the product.
