When logged into the Active Roles Administration Service host with the Active Roles Service account, the Active Roles Admin role group displays as expected.
When logged into the Active Roles Administration Service host with another account, the role group shows as Unknown:

原因
The Active Roles Admin role group is stored in the Active Roles configuration database.
If the Active Roles Configuration Center is run under the security context of an account which doesn't have the necessary access to read the Active Roles configuration database, this setting cannot be queried. This may also result in a "Login failed" error message when launching the Active Roles Configuration Center.
