Error "Failed to map the path '/arwebadmin'" encountered in the Active Roles Web Interface (4336456)

The following error message is encountered in the Active Roles Web Interface:

A temporary issue in IIS.

A local file permissions issue for the account running the IIS Application Pool.

In an elevated command prompt, run IISRESET

Ensure that the Account running the ARWebAppPool is a local administrator and/or has access to the file path where the Active Roles Web Interface is installed.
