The following error message is encountered in the Active Roles Web Interface:

CAUSE 1
A temporary issue in IIS.
CAUSE 2
A local file permissions issue for the account running the IIS Application Pool.
RESOLUTION 1
In an elevated command prompt, run IISRESET
RESOLUTION 2
Ensure that the Account running the ARWebAppPool is a local administrator and/or has access to the file path where the Active Roles Web Interface is installed.
