Access templates are not being propagated to Active Directory when the Propagate permissions to Active Directory check box is checked.
Upon reviewing the event viewer logs for Active Roles, an event is listed as access denied when trying to propagate the permissions to Active Directory.

原因
The service account does not have the required rights in Active Directory to apply the permissions. -
解决办法
Ensure the service account has applicable permissions to make changes in Active Directory or use an override account with the proper permisisons to manage the domain.
