When getting ARSOperations via PowerShell, depending if the Operation was requested through SPML / Console / PowerShell, it returns a different attrubutechanges.value - for Console & PowerShell it returns the DN (as expected) but since the upgrade, for SPML entered operations, it returns the SID instead:
