Add-on Manager causing Active Roles Console to hang -

After successfully installing and registering the optional Add-on Manager component (included with the Active Roles installation media and located in \Solutions\Add-on Manager), expanding Applications in the Active Roles Console and clicking on the Add-on Manager node causes the Active Roles Console to hang. -
