‘Connecting to remote server outlook.office365.com failed with the following error message : For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic. 原因
The 'ExchangeOnlineManagement' PowerShell module needs to be updated.

解决办法
Please refer to the ‘System Requirements’ in the Active Roles Release Notes and install the newest version of the ‘ExchangeOnlineManagement module’.
1. Stop the Active Roles service
2. Run PowerShell as Administrator
3. Uninstall-Module -Name ExchangeOnlineManagement
4. Verify, that the module is uninstalled, with the Get-InstalledModule command
5. Install-Module -Name ExchangeOnlineManagement
6. Verify, that the new version is installed (3.x)
7. Restart the Active Roles service, and test the Quick search
