User objects with a Manager specified are not displayed under "Managed Resources" in the Active Roles Web Interface -
说明
The Active Roles Web Interface has a Managed Resources section, where the logged-in credential can view and manage Groups that have either the Managed By or Secondary Owners attributes specified.
Users that have Secondary Owner specified are also visible, but Users that have only the Managed By attribute specified are not.

This issue is being tracked under Defect ID 487015.

WORKAROUND
Add the owner as a Secondary Owner.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Active Roles.
