Dynamic Groups are no longer recognized as Dynamic Groups after installing new service pack (4380113)

Impacting: 
•    8.0.1 sp4 
•    8.1.3 sp3 
•    8.1.5 sp2 
•    8.2.1 sp2

Dynamic Groups that were previously fully functional are not being recognized as Dynamic Groups following the application of one of the above service packs.

The Active Roles Admin Service Event Viewer logs shows an event similar to the following:

The "Built-in Policy - Dynamic Groups" has some locations which are excluded from the policy.

This issue is being tracked as Defect ID 502706.

WORKAROUND

In the Active Roles Console, as an Active Roles Admin:

1. Navigate to Configuration/Policies/Administration/Builtin and find the Built-in Policy - Dynamic Groups policy
2. On the Scope tab, click on the Scope button
3. Remove all exclusions and save the changes
4. Navigate to Configuration/Server Configuration/Scheduled Tasks/Builtin
5. Right-click on the Dynamic Group Updater scheduled task and choose All Tasks | Execute
