The following error message is received when a user tries to assign the token from the Defender Management Portal:
This token is not associated with your account
Error
An admin user can assign the same token to the user via the 'Management | Tokens' screen.

原因
The GO7 token is configured for OATH-Authentication
Check the details tab for the token in Active Directory Users and Computers.
Look for:
Token Type: Defender OATH v2Compliant
Token detailsThe OATH compliant type of GO7 token also has a serial number starting with:
OA100 -
解决办法
For this type of token you must set the 'Default hardware token' option in the Defender Management Portal Self-Service settings to:
