Users receive the error, "You are not allowed to request any software token types." when going to the self-service (Defender Management) portal.

解决办法
Confirm that there are sufficient licenses available to program new soft tokens. If not, users will receive this message, "You are not allowed to request any software token types."
If you have sufficient licenses, please refer to Knowledge Article 121894, Cannot assign tokens via the Management Portal even though licenses are available, for additional troubleshooting steps.
