DFS path links to EMC Isilon shares are not resolving correctly (4334496)

Some EMC Isilon versions do not have a default admin share with 'C$'. For EMC Isilon, One Identity Manager Data Governance Edition Service generates SMB share paths value with 'C:\' included. This results in an incorrect path which in turn fails to resolve the network location when a user tries to request a DFS Link pointing to that path.

The following error will be displayed in the One Identity Manager Data Governance Edition logs:

An error occurred processing the security of file://file path. Error: System.IO.IO Exception: The network name cannot be found.
