Error while viewing a custom report in the web portal: "An error occurred while processing your request." -
说明
While logged into the web portal and attempting to view a custom report where the logged in user is the owner, the following error is displayed when attempting to click on the report:
"An error occurred while processing your request." -
原因
The end user viewing the report is not assigned to the report in question. -
解决办法
Follow the steps below to assign the report to the affected user:
1. Login to Manager with an applicable account (e.g. viadmin).
2. Click on Report Subscriptions.
3. Click on Custom defined.
4. Click on the custom report
5. Click on Assign to employees.
6. Select the employee to assign.
7. Click the Save button.
