Business Role dynamic rules do not correctly calculate (4375109)

Dynamic Rule calculations on Business Roles might cause the following issues. 

1. Not all identities (Person table records) receive the assigned resources of the Business Role.
2. The DBQueue might slow down or stop processing

Too many Business Roles are assigned to the same Dynamic Rule schedule.

To resolve this issue, try the following:

1. Increase the duration between Dynamic Role recalculation (If currently set to recalculate every 1 or 5 minutes, try increasing the value to every 10+ minutes).

2. Decrease the number of Business Roles using the same Dynamic Rule for calculation. This can be done by creating a unique Calculation Schedule for each Dynamic Rule and spreading out the calculations so they don't all run at the same time. 

Increasing the time between calculations allows the previous recalculation to complete, ensuring that resources are correctly assigned to the identities. Additionally, decreasing the number of recalculations that run at the same time will decrease the load on the tempdb database.
