Requesting service items with dependencies causes an error in the angular portal -

After creating dependencies for service items, when requesting those service items an error will be displayed in the angular portal:
At least one product in your shopping cart cannot be requested. -

WORKAROUND:
For the dependent service item, set this to a multi request-able service item.
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Identity Manager. If impacted by this issue, please contact support and request a hotfix for defect number 455814. -
