It is not possible to change the SessionTimeOut in the Angular Portal (4378349)

When using the Angular web portal, the SessionTimeOut can't be changed.

To replicate this issue:

1. In the Admin section for the Angular Portal, set the configuration: ServerLevelConfig/AuthTokensLifetimeMinutes = 10 
2. Login to the Angular Web
3. Wait for 11 minutes
4. Select any Menu Item (like Request History)
5. No error message appears

This is due to Defect 459704.

WORKAROUND: Contact Support and request the hotfix for Defect 459704.

STATUS: Waiting for a fix to be included in a future version of Identity Manager.
