Unable to launch front end tools from LaunchPad when authenticated via OAuth (4378815)

After authenticating to the LaunchPad using OAuth Role Based authentication, opening up any of the front end tools will result in the following error:

[810284] Failed to authenticate user. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Waiting for a fix in a future release of Identity Manager. If impacted by this issue, please contact support and request a hotfix for defect number 474406.
