If encryption is not enabled for the database, the option "Encrypted" (DialogConfigParm.IsCrypted) is disabled (4321797)

If encryption is not enabled for the database, the option "Encrypted" (DialogConfigParm.IsCrypted)  for Customer Configuration. Parameters should not be enabled.

This is a product defect (33089).

This will be fixed in a future release of the product. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact Support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 33089.

Note: Do not try to switch on encryption for Configuration Parameters if the database has no public key available.
